We love pets, but their safety and our cleaners’ safety are a top priority.

Please Note:

• All pets must be secured in a separate room or crate during cleaning services.
  
  
• Our team will not clean litter boxes, pet messes (vomit, urine, feces), or areas with excessive pet hair buildup unless agreed upon in advance.
  
  
• If your pet is aggressive or poses a threat, we reserve the right to stop service and reschedule for safety.
  
  
• Please let us know ahead of time if there are pets on the premises.
