By scheduling a cleaning service with 360 Cleanex Pro, you agree to the following service-related policies:

1. Service Access
You must provide access to your property at the scheduled time. If access is not granted or entry is delayed, additional fees may apply.

2. Pets & Valuables
Please secure all pets in a safe area during the cleaning. We recommend storing away cash, jewelry, medications, and personal items. Our staff will not open safes, drawers, or private rooms unless instructed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a $30 fee.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed (upon completion, weekly, or monthly). Late payments over 5 days are subject to a $25 fee.

5. Damage & Liability
While we take great care in your home or business, 360 Cleanex Pro is not responsible for damage to unsecured or previously damaged items. We are fully insured for peace of mind.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not happy with your service, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll return to address the concern at no extra cost.
